Daily:  Getting adequate nutrition and rest is a major priority

Eat:  nutrition intake immediately upon arising, around 6:30 a.m.

Meditate

Eat:  breakfast, around 8:30 a.m.

Rest:  37-minute nap (up to several hours if needed)

Eat:  more nutrition intake, around 10:30 a.m.

Stretches and exercises

Saline nasal irrigation

Prepare lunch

Eat:  lunch, at noon

Rest:  short nap

Walk Opa

Touch base with support network

Eat:  more nutrition intake, around 3:00 p.m.

Eat:  dinner, at 5:30 p.m.

Wash dinner dishes

Eat:  more nutrition intake, 7:30 p.m.

Walk Opa and dog

Eat:  full meal before bed, 9:15 p.m.

Rest:  10:30 p.m.

Getting a handsome Officer haircut (biweekly)

Injections of injectible medications
